BookByBuzz Privacy Policy

BookByBuzz helps restaurants manage booking conversations through WhatsApp and existing booking systems.

Information we may collect:

• restaurant name
• contact name
• email address
• phone number
• booking request details
• booking date and time
• party size
• guest notes or special requests
• booking reference
• technical logs needed to operate the service

How we use this information:

• to process booking requests
• to create or update restaurant bookings
• to respond to enquiries
• to manage early access requests
• to improve and support the BookByBuzz service

Booking data retention:

BookByBuzz only keeps booking data for as long as needed to process and manage the booking. Once the booking date and time has passed, related booking records are automatically removed from the BookByBuzz database.

Early access/contact form data:

If you submit the early access form, we store your details so we can contact you about BookByBuzz. You can request deletion at any time.

Third-party providers:

• Supabase for database storage
• Vercel for hosting
• Twilio for WhatsApp messaging infrastructure
• resOS or other booking systems where integration is enabled

We do not sell personal information.
