BookByBuzz Terms of Use

BookByBuzz is an early-access software service designed to help restaurants manage booking conversations through WhatsApp alongside existing booking systems.

By using this website or registering interest, you understand that:

• BookByBuzz is currently an early-access product
• features and integrations may change
• submitting interest does not guarantee access
• restaurants remain responsible for checking operational accuracy
• BookByBuzz does not replace the restaurant's booking system
• BookByBuzz is designed to sit alongside existing systems such as resOS

Booking data:

BookByBuzz may temporarily store booking details required to process booking conversations. Booking records are automatically deleted after the booking date and time has passed.

Availability:

BookByBuzz is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during early access.
